New York Titans Swept Chicago Prowl for Quadball Title
The New York Titans became the third franchise to lift the Benepe Cup last month, defeating the Chicago Prowl 180-70 in game one and 170-100 in game two. The Titans avenged their upset loss to Chicago in the semifinals last season and claimed their first MLQ title after previously finishing as the runners-up in 2015 and 2021.  Read more here...

New Atlanta Braves Double-A Team to be call the Clingstones
Say what now?  What the heck is a "clingstone"?  
The current Southern League team in Pearl, Mississippi will relocate to Columbus, Georgia next season and will be call the Columbus Clingstones.  With Georgia known as the Peach State, the nickname comes from the clingstone type of peaches.  Who knew?  Columbus formerly had an affiliated Class-A South Atlantic team called the Columbus Catfish until they relocated to Bowling Green after the 2008 season.

Pro Women's Hockey League Releases Nicknames/Logos
The Professional Women's Hockey League (PWHL) played their inaugural season without nicknames but have now released team names/logos for the 2024-2025 second season.  The teams will be called:  Boston Fleet, Minnesota Frost, Montreal Victoire, New York Sirens, Ottawa Charge and Toronto Spectres. 

Volleyball League Adds Team and Games
Following their successful first season, the Pro Volleyball Federation (PVF) have added the Indy Ignite and expand its schedule from 24 to 28 matches for the second season.

Indoor Soccer Leagues Unite
The Major Arena Soccer League (MASL) has announced a formal alignment and unification with the Premier Arena Soccer League (PASL) and current MASL 2 and MASL 3 divisions– in addition to the creation of the new Major Arena Soccer League Women – to bring most of North American indoor soccer together.  Read more...
