Pro Indoor Lacrosse League Enters 2023-2024 Season
The National Lacrosse League (NLL) is back and has begun the 2023-24 season. The league enters the season with the same 15 teams as last season and each playing 18 games through April 21, 2024. The league eliminated the eight-team East Conference and seven-team West Conference and has aligned all teams in one 15-team single-table format referred to as the "Unified Standings".
The Buffalo Bandits are the defending league champions and seeking their sixth title.

- Colorado Mammoth
- Georgia Swarm
- Halifax Thunderbirds
- Las Vegas Desert Dogs
- New York Riptide
- Panther City Lacrosse Club
- Philadelphia Wings
- Rochester Knighthawks
- San Diego Seals
- Saskatchewan Rush
- Toronto Rock
- Vancouver Warriors
The top eight teams during the regular season will qualify for the playoffs. The top eight teams will make the postseason in what is called the “NLL March to May.” The 1-seed plays 8, 2 vs. 7, ,3 vs. 6 and 4 vs. 5 in the quarterfinals with a bracket-style advance to the NLL Finals. The quarterfinals will be single elimination, and the semifinals and finals will be best-of-three.
